1. Approve:

The regulations on the State secretariat of the Security Council of the Republic of Belarus (are applied);
the structure of the Security Council of the Republic of Belarus (is applied);
the paragraph the fifth Item 1 - for office use.
2. For office use.
3. Recognize invalid presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus (appendix).
4. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its signing.
