1. Bring in the order of the acting minister of transport and communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 5, 2013 No. 689 "About approval of Rules of use of the special automated measuring means" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 8788) the following changes:
in Rules of use of the special automated measuring means approved by the specified order:
state Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. These rules of use of the special automated measuring means (further - Rules) are developed according to subitem 13-1) of article 13 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About road transport".";
4) and 5) of item 4 to exclude subitems;
state Items 6-1 and 7 in the following edition:
"6-1. In case of determination of weight parameters of vehicles the measurement error which is automatically subtracted by information and analytical system of the transport database and monitoring of dynamics of safety of transportations (further - IAS TBD) from the measured value of mass of the vehicle is considered.
In case of measurement of axial loadings of cargo vehicles the maximum permissible error or class of accuracy constitutes 10% of the measured mass of axial loading.
In case of measurement of axial loadings and lump of cargo vehicles the maximum permissible error or class of accuracy constitutes 3% of the measured mass of axial loading or group of axes.
7. Checking of the special automated measuring means is performed according to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About ensuring unity of measurements".";
