About some questions of activities of state bodies

1. Form under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- Social fund of the Kyrgyz Republic based on the Social fund which is under authority of the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic.

2. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" of May 5, 2021 No. 114 the following change:

- state Item 5 in the following edition:

"5. Under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic the following executive bodies are effective:

- State agency of architecture, construction and housing and communal services;

- State agency of intellectual property and innovations;

- State personal data protection agency;

- State agency on cases of public service and local self-government;

- Social fund of the Kyrgyz Republic.".

3. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About structure and structure of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic and structure of Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic" of October 12, 2021 No. 425 the following changes:

6. To impose control of execution of this Decree on management of control of execution of decisions of the President and the Presidential Administration Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.

7. This Decree becomes effective from the date of signing and is subject to official publication.
