1. Establish rate of import customs duty of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union approved by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of September 14, 2021 No. 80, concerning separate products of conversion of the fruits classified by code 2008 30 900 1 of the CN FEA EEU in the amount of percent 5,5 from customs value from the effective date of this Decision till December 31, 2024 inclusive.

2. Bring in the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union approved by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of September 14, 2021 No. 80, the following changes:

a) to add line item with code 2008 30 900 1 of the CN FEA EEU in the column of the fourth with the reference to the note "<40C>";

b) to add notes to the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union with the note 40C of the following content:

"<40C> the Rate of import customs duty in the amount of 5,5 of % of customs value is applied from the effective date Decisions of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of October 29, 2021 No. 125 till 31.12.2024 inclusive.".

3. Bring in the inventory to which the Republic of Kazakhstan according to obligations assumed as condition of accession to the World Trade Organization applies rates of import customs duties, lower in comparison with rates of duties of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union, and the sizes of such rates of duties, No. approved by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of October 14, 2015 59, the following changes:

a) to add line item with code 2008 30 900 1 of the CN FEA EEU in the column of third with reference mark "13";

b) add with footnote 13 following contents:

"<13> Rate of import customs duty are applied since January 1, 2025".

4. This Decision becomes effective after 10 calendar days from the date of its official publication, but not earlier than January 2, 2022.
