1. Establish rate of import customs duty of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union approved by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of September 14, 2021 No. 80, concerning separate types of transformers for the microwave ovens classified by code 8504 31 800 3 of the CN FEA EEU in the amount of 0 percent from customs value from the effective date of this Decision till December 31, 2023 inclusive.

2. Bring in the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union approved by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of September 14, 2021 No. 80, the following changes:

a) to add line item with code 8504 31 800 3 of the CN FEA EEU in the column of the fourth with the reference to the note "<35C>";

b) to add notes to the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union with the note 35C of the following content:

"<35C> the Rate of import customs duty in the amount of 0 (zero) % of customs value is applied from the effective date Decisions of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of October 29, 2021 No. 121 till 31.12.2023 inclusive.".
