1. Appoint the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Belarus Snopkov Nikolay Gennadevich, the deputy minister of economy Naumovich Vladimir Aleksandrovich, the Deputy Minister of Finance Lemekh of Pavel Konstantinovich and the First Deputy Chairman of the State committee on property Brovkin Pyotr Nikolaevich representatives of the state in governing bodies of Asset Management Agency open joint stock company.

2. Approve structure of the supervisory board of Asset Management Agency open joint stock company it (is applied).

3. Bring in the Regulations on procedure and terms of transfer in the republican budget of the means received by Asset Management Agency open joint stock company from repayment of the credits approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 15, 2016 No. 726, the following changes:

in paragraphs second and third Item 2:

exclude the words "and also";

add paragraphs with words ", and the amount of means, actually directed since the beginning of year according to the solution of the supervisory board of the Agency on accomplishment of its obligations on bonds of own issue (except for the bonds emitted according to Item 2-1 of the Decree No. 268)";
