About organizational measures in connection with approval of structure and structure of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic

1. Reorganize:

2. Transfer from the Ministry of investments of the Kyrgyz Republic into maintaining the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic:

1) functions with the respective state, financial and material resources on:

to development of policy in the sphere of investments;

to development and realization of policy in the public-private partnership sphere;

to development and realization of policy in the sphere of management of state-owned property;

to development and realization of policy in the sphere of bankruptcy and its prevention according to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, except for politicians in the sphere of bankruptcy of banks and other financial credit institutions provided by the bank law of the Kyrgyz Republic;

to development and realization of policy in the sphere of development of the free and other economic zones having the particular (special) mode of implementation of economic activity according to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic;

2) Fund for management of state-owned property under the Ministry of investments of the Kyrgyz Republic with the respective state, financial and material resources, having renamed it into Fund for management of state-owned property under the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic;

3) Department for bankruptcy under the Ministry of investments of the Kyrgyz Republic, with the respective state, financial and material resources, having renamed it into Department for bankruptcy under the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic;

4) public institution "Center of public-private partnership" under the Ministry of investments of the Kyrgyz Republic with the respective state, financial and material resources, having renamed it into public institution "Center of public-private partnership" under the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic.

3. Transfer from Department of external migration under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Ministry of Labour, social security and migration of the Kyrgyz Republic:

4. Rename:

1) the Ministry of agricultural, water economy and development of regions of the Kyrgyz Republic in the Ministry of Agriculture of the Kyrgyz Republic, with transfer of function with the respective state, financial and material resources in the sphere of regional development, and also function on maintaining the basic register of municipal services, implementation of standardization of the municipal services included in the register, in the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic;

2) the Ministry of Energy and Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic in the Department of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic, with transfer of the respective state, financial and material resources, and also functions on development and realization of policy:

- in the sphere of the industry (except for the food industry) - in the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- in the sphere of geology, protection of subsoil and subsurface use, state control and supervision of compliance with law in the sphere of industrial safety, subsurface use, carrying out geological works, and also mandatory requirements on quality assurance and safety of coal and fuel - in the Ministry of natural resources, ecology and technical supervision of the Kyrgyz Republic;

3) the Ministry of investments of the Kyrgyz Republic into public institution "Agency on investments and development of the Kyrgyz Republic (KADI)", with its transfer to maintaining the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic;

4) the State committee on ecology and climate of the Kyrgyz Republic in the Ministry of natural resources, ecology and technical supervision of the Kyrgyz Republic;
