About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus concerning social standard rates

Based on Article part one 3, of part one of article 4 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 6, 1999 No. 239-Z "About subsistence minimum in the Republic of Belarus", paragraph two of article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of May 7, 2021 "About change of the laws concerning social standard rates and minimum wage" and paragraph two of article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of May 27, 2021 No. 113-Z "About change of the laws concerning lawyer activities" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 98-Z

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in Regulations on reference of citizens to category needy for receipt of the state support for construction (reconstruction) or the acquisition of premises approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 20, 2000 No. 1955:

in paragraph one of Item 2 of the word of "the triple average monthly average per capita minimum consumer budget of family of 4 people" shall be replaced with words "the fivefold average monthly budget of subsistence minimum on average per capita";

to exclude from the paragraph of the sixth item 4 and part three of Item 7 of the word of "the lawyers performing lawyer activities individually";

in paragraph three of Item 8 of the word "35-fold size of the average per capita minimum consumer budget of family of 4 people" shall be replaced with words "the 56-fold size of the budget of subsistence minimum on average per capita";

1.2. in Regulations on the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1589:

in Item 6:

in subitem 6.13-4 the word "claims" to replace with the word "establishes";

add Item with subitem 6.60 of the following content:

"6.60. performs actions for creation, implementation, operation and development of information systems and resources concerning the social and labor sphere, the automated workplaces and other automation equipment and computerization of work of Ministry of Labor and social security, and also electronic interaction with state bodies and other organizations according to the legislation;";
