2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of digital development, innovations and the aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. The republican public institution "Space committee of the Ministry of digital development, innovations and the aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (further – Committee) is the department of the Ministry of digital development, innovations and the aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further – the Ministry) performing regulating, realizable and control functions, and also participating in accomplishment of strategic functions of the Ministry in the field of space activities.

2. The committee performs the activities according to the Constitution and the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other regulatory legal acts, and also this Provision.

3) creation of conditions for market grouping of space technologies and services;

4) creation legislative and contractual legal base of space activities of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

5) public administration and the state control in the field of space activities;

6) coordination of works within the competence on lease of the Baikonur complex by the Russian Federation.

14. Rights and obligations:

1) issues orders within the competence;

3) makes suggestions for improvement of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

7) provides realization of the tasks and functions assigned to Committee;
