Approve the enclosed Procedure for provision of information on primary issue and (or) replacement of the identity document of the citizen of the Russian Federation in the territory of the Russian Federation issued to the owner of earlier considered real estate object about registration addresses of such owner at the place of residence and (or) in the place of stay (urgent and previous), about date and the place of its birth on requests of executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation - the federal cities of Moscow, St. Petersburg and Sevastopol, local government bodies in connection with carrying out by them according to the Federal Law of July 13, 2015 No. 218-FZ "About state registration of the real estate" actions for identification of owners of earlier considered real estate objects.

2. This order becomes effective since June 29, 2021.
