Procedure for giving, response, acceptance and accounting of statements for disagreement on departure from the Russian Federation the minor citizen of the Russian Federation

I. Filing of applications about disagreement on departure from the Russian Federation the minor citizen of the Russian Federation

1. The statement for disagreement on departure from the Russian Federation of the minor citizen of the Russian Federation (the recommended sample is given in appendix No. 1 to this Procedure) <1> moves the parent, the adoptive father, the guardian or the custodian of the minor citizen <2> in the place of the appeal to division concerning migration of territorial authority of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation at regional or district level <3> personally.
