According to Item 6 of the Regulations on Department on ensuring activity of the courts under the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan (the office of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan) approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 3, 2010 No. 1093 and the subitem 1) of article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the state services" of April 15, 2013 No. 88-V, PRIKAZYVAYU:

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of rendering the state service "Apostilization of the Official Documents Coming from Judicial Authorities".

2. Recognize invalid some regulatory legal acts according to appendix to this order.

3. To provide to department of organization-legal ensuring activities of local courts and offices in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These rules of rendering the state service "Apostilization of the Official Documents Coming from Judicial Authorities" (further - Rules) are developed according to the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 24, 2001 No. 545 "About measures for realization of provisions of the Convention canceling the requirement of the legalization of foreign official documents made in the city of Hague on October 5, 1961" and determine procedure for rendering the state service "Apostilization of the Official Documents Coming from Judicial Authorities".
