Introduce in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About electric and mail service" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1998, No. 8, the Art. 230a) the following changes:
1) in Article 2:
a) to state the paragraph of the eighth in the following edition:

b) to state paragraphs of the thirty fifth and thirty sixth in the following edition:
"The database of the State system of identification of communication devices - the electronic base containing information on identification unique code of the mobile communication devices, and also devices used for data transmission operating and imported on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The state system of identification of communication devices - the complex of the hardware and software providing recognition of the international identifiers of mobile communication devices the, and also the devices used for data transmission, operated or imported on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic, their comparison with databases of operators of telecommunication on the international identifiers of mobile communication devices, and also the devices used for data transmission and authorization of use of these devices in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic.";
c) add Article with paragraphs of the following content:
