About creation of the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Scientific institute of studying of Ulus Dzhuchi" of Committee of science of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Create the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Scientific institute of studying of Ulus Dzhuchi" of Committee of science of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further – the company).
2. Authorized body concerning the company to determine Committee of science of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan by management of the corresponding industry (sphere) of public administration.
3. Determine the main object of activity of the company implementation of scientific research in the field of public and the humanities.
4. Bring the following amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 19.08.2022 No. 581
2) in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 21, 2006 No. 700 "Some questions of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan":
in the list of the organizations which are under authority of Committee of science of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:
Section "1. Republican state companies":
add in the line, sequence number 16-22, of the following content:
"16-22. Scientific institute of studying of Ulus Dzhuchi".
5. To committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation to take the measures following from this resolution.
6. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
