Some questions of implementation of the state control / monitoring of observance of requirements of the legislation by provision of social support, social services and behind observance of the rights of children

Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the Procedure of the state control / monitoring of observance of requirements of the legislation by provision of social support, social services and behind observance of the rights of children which is applied.

2. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

3. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.

Procedure of the state control / monitoring of observance of requirements of the legislation by provision of social support, social services and behind observance of the rights of children

1. This Procedure determines the procedure of implementation by National social service and its territorial authorities (further - the subject of the state control / monitoring) the control measures directed to observance of requirements of the legislation by provision of social support (different types of government assistance, privilege, housing subsidies and other payments which are carried out at the expense of means of the government budget) (further - social support), social services and behind observance of the rights of children.

Control measures are provided by carrying out the state control of observance of requirements of the legislation by provision of social support and observance of the rights of children (further - the state control), and also monitoring of observance of requirements of the legislation by provision of social services (further - monitoring).

3. The main objectives of the state control / monitoring are:
