1. Approve the enclosed Administrative regulations of Federal Nature Management Supervision Service of provision of the state service in licensing of activities for collection, transportation, processing, utilization, neutralization, placement of waste of the I-IV classes of danger.

2. Declare invalid the order of Federal Nature Management Supervision Service of May 29, 2020 No. 585 "About approval of Administrative regulations of Federal Nature Management Supervision Service of provision of the state service in licensing of activities for collection, transportation, processing, utilization, neutralization, placement of waste of the I-IV classes of danger" (registration No. 58871) is registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on July 8, 2020.

3. This order is effective till January 1, 2027.

The administrative regulations of Federal Nature Management Supervision Service of provision of the state service in licensing of activities for collection, transportation, processing, utilization, neutralization, placement of waste of the I-IV classes of danger (further - Regulations) establish terms and the sequence of ministerial procedures (actions) of Federal Nature Management Supervision Service (further - Rosprirodnadzor) and its territorial authorities in the course of provision of the state service in licensing of activities for collection, transportation, processing, utilization, neutralization, placement of waste of the I-IV classes of danger (further - the state service), and also order of interaction between structural divisions of Rosprirodnadzor, territorial authorities of Rosprirodnadzor and their officials, between structural divisions of Rosprirodnadzor, territorial authorities of Rosprirodnadzor and physical persons or legal entities, individual entrepreneurs, their authorized representatives, other public authorities in the course of provision of the state service.
