1. Establish rate of import customs duty of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union approved by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of September 14, 2021 No. 80, concerning ores and concentrates manganese including ferruterous manganese ores and concentrates with manganese content 20 Mas. % or more in terms of dry product, the CN FEA EEU classified by code 2602 00 000 0, in the amount of 0 percent from customs value from the effective date this Decision till December 31, 2023 inclusive.

2. Bring in the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union approved by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of September 14, 2021 No. 80, the following changes:

a) to add line item with code 2602 00 000 0 of the CN FEA EEU in the column of the fourth with the reference to the note "<44C>";

b) to add notes to the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union with the note 44C of the following content:

"<44C> the Rate of import customs duty in the amount of 0 (zero) % of customs value is applied from the effective date Decisions of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of October 19, 2021 No. 140 till 31.12.2023 inclusive.".

3. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication, but not earlier than January 2, 2022.
