About rates for services in power industry

 Based on subitem 2.1 of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 25, 2011 No. 72 "About some questions of price regulation (rates) in the Republic of Belarus", Item 1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 14, 2023 No. 598 "About the services relating the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus to spheres of natural monopolies, the prices (rates) for which are regulated by the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade", DECIDES:

1. Establish:

rate for the services in supervisory control in power industry rendered by the national production association "Belenergo" (further – GPO "Belenergo") to the republican unitary enterprises of power industry Brestenergo, Vitebskenergo, Gomelyenergo, Grodnoenergo, Minskenergo, Mogilevenergo (further – PUP-oblenergo), to the republican unitary enterprise "Belarusian Nuclear Power Plant", in the amount of 87,84 of Belarusian ruble for 1 MW of installed capacity a month;

rate for the services in supervisory control in power industry rendered PUP-oblenergo to owners of the block stations connected directly or indirectly to power networks PUP-oblenergo in the amount of 115,93 of Belarusian ruble for 1 MW of installed capacity a month;

rate for services in transfer and distribution of the electrical energy made by block stations, on power networks PUP-oblenergo within several areas, rendered PUP-oblenergo and GPO "Belenergo" to owners of block stations with an established electric power of 25 MW and more for transfer and distribution of the electrical energy made by the specified block stations, to the separate divisions (branches, representations), other structural divisions and (or) objects of electric utility service of owners of block stations in the amount of 0,1377 of Belarusian ruble for 1 kW · h;

rate for services in distribution of the electrical energy made by the block station, on power network PUP-oblenergo within one area, rendered PUP-oblenergo:

to the organizations of housing and communal services which are owners of block stations for ensuring sale of the electrical energy made by the specified block stations over the amounts necessary for energy ensuring economic activity of their owners, to consumers, being the organizations of housing and communal services in the amount of 0,1261 of Belarusian ruble for 1 kW · h;

to owners of block stations for distribution of the electrical energy made by the specified block stations to objects of owners of block stations, in the amount of 0,0544 of Belarusian ruble for 1 kW · h.

2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus of August 28, 2017 No. 45 "About rate for service in transfer and distribution of electrical energy".

3. This resolution becomes effective since October 21, 2021.
