Based on the paragraph of the third item 4 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of July 20, 2021 No. 279 "About change of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus", subitem 2.4 of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of May 10, 2019 "About the order state-owned property" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 169

1. Deliver till December 1, 2021 in trust management the Ministries of Agriculture and Food of the share of the fish-breeding organizations belonging to the Republic of Belarus and being in management according to appendix 1.

2. To the Ministry of Agriculture and Food to sign trust management agreements of the shares of the fish-breeding organizations which are in property of the Republic of Belarus with the organizations specified in appendix 1, according to the approximate agreement according to appendix 2.

3. To the state committee on property to make transfer of shares of the fish-breeding organizations which are in property of the Republic of Belarus into accounts of "depot" of the organizations specified in appendix 1, in the terms established by the agreements signed according to Item 2 of this resolution.
