1. Approve Regulations on procedure for use of system of double corridor at check points through customs border of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 1.

2. Determine that the system of double corridor becomes effective:

at the international airports of the Republic of Uzbekistan - since January 1, 2018;

at automobile and railway check points through customs border of the Republic of Uzbekistan - since January 1, 2021.

3. To the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the interested ministries and departments to carry out necessary infrastructure works for ensuring functioning of system of double corridor at the international airports in a month.

4. To the state committee according to the statistics together with the State center of personalisation under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan to develop and implement the form of the state statistical reporting providing forming of quarterly statistical information about persons which left the Republic of Uzbekistan and driven to the Republic of Uzbekistan on the purposes of trips, the countries, age and regions in a month.

5. Make changes to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of May 15, 2007 No. 97 "About enhancement of accounting of the citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan who are going abroad for implementation of labor activity" (SZ of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2007, Art. No. 19-20, 197) according to appendix No. 2.

6. To the ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution in a month.

7. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan - the chairman of the board of JSC Uzbekiston temir yullari A. Zh. Ramatov and the chairman of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan M. V. Tokhiry.

Regulations on procedure for use of system of double corridor at check points through customs border of the Republic of Uzbekistan

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. This Provision according to the Customs code of the Republic of Uzbekistan determines requirements and procedure for use of system of double corridor at check points through customs border of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and also the rule of the choice by the physical person following through customs border as the declaration form of goods of "green" or "red" corridor for making of customs transactions.

2. In this Provision the following concepts are used:

"green" corridor - the place which is specially designated in places of arrival or departure intended for movement by physical persons through customs border of goods in hand luggage and the accompanied baggage;

"red" corridor - the place which is specially designated in places of arrival or departure intended for movement by physical persons through customs border of the goods which are subject to declaring in writing and also goods concerning which declaring at the request of physical person, in hand luggage and the accompanied baggage is performed;

the place of arrival on customs area or departure from this territory - the border customs complexes and posts, the airports open for the international messages (flights), railway stations (stations) located at check points through the State (customs) border of the Republic of Uzbekistan where border and customs control, and also the omission of citizens, vehicles and goods is exercised.

Chapter 2. The requirements applied to system of double corridor in places of arrival on customs area or departure from this territory

3. For use of system of double corridor in places of arrival on customs area or departure from this territory, at least one are allocated "green" and at least one "red" corridors. 4. The direction of movement to each corridor and entrance to each corridor shall be accurately designated and distinguishable.
