About acceptance of share of Institute of Eurasian Integration limited liability partnership from private property in republican property according to the gift agreement and entering of amendments into some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Accept the offer of non-commercial joint-stock company "Eurasian national university of name L.N. Gumileva" (further - the NAO "name L.N ENU. Gumileva") about transfer to republican property of 100 (hundred) percent of share in the authorized capital of Institute of Eurasian Integration limited liability partnership (further - partnership) according to the gift agreement.

2. To committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) together with the NAO "name L.N ENU. Gumileva" (in coordination) to take the measures following from Item 1 of this resolution;

2) to provide assignment of rights of ownership and use of share of partnership to Committee of science of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. Approve the enclosed additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
