1. Approve enclosed:

Procedure for carrying out purchases of the medicines necessary for implementation of the actions directed to prevention of origin and distribution, localization and liquidation of flashes, epidemics and pandemics of sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2 caused by coronavirus;

the list of the medicines necessary for implementation of the actions directed to prevention of origin and distribution, localization and liquidation of flashes, epidemics and pandemics of sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2 caused by coronavirus.

2. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.

Procedure for carrying out purchases of the medicines necessary for implementation of the actions directed to prevention of origin and distribution, localization and liquidation of flashes, epidemics and pandemics of sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2 caused by coronavirus

1. This Procedure determines rules of carrying out medicines by the customer of the purchases necessary for implementation of the actions directed to prevention of origin and distribution, localization and liquidation of flashes, epidemics and pandemics of sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2 caused by coronavirus.

2. In this Procedure terms are used in such value:

purchase - acquisition by the customer of the medicines necessary for implementation of the actions directed to prevention of origin and distribution, localization and liquidation of flashes, epidemics and pandemics of sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2, caused by coronavirus according to the rules determined by this Procedure;
