About approval of the Concept of the Program of direct sale of government securities to physical persons in the Republic of Moldova

For the purpose of market development of government securities, the Government DECIDES: increases in level of financial education and simplification of access for physical citizens to acquisition of government securities

1. Approve the Concept of the Program of direct sale of government securities to physical persons in the Republic of Moldova it (is applied).

2. To the Ministry of Finance:

1) within 6 months from the date of entry into force of this resolution to develop and provide to the Government the draft of the resolution on approval of the Concept of the information system "The Program of Direct Sale of Government Securities to Physical Persons in the Republic of Moldova" and Regulations on use and functioning of the information system "The Program of Direct Sale of Government Securities to Physical Persons in the Republic of Moldova";

2) within 4 months from the date of entry into force of this resolution to develop and provide to the Government of change for entering into the regulatory base, Concepts, necessary for the realization, specified in Item 1.
