images of sign of accreditation and procedure for its application by accredited persons;

changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 30, 2019 No. 546 "About accreditation of certification bodies and test laboratories (centers) performing assessment works (confirmation) of compliance concerning the defensive products (works, services) delivered according to the state defensive order and introduction of amendments to separate acts of the Government of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2019, No. 20, Art. 2433; 2020, No. 8, Art. 1018; No. 52, Art. 8903).

This resolution extends to participants of accreditation and other persons identified by the Rules of accreditation of certification bodies and test laboratories (centers) performing assessment works (confirmation) of compliance concerning the defensive products (works, services) delivered according to the state defensive order, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 30, 2019 No. 546 "About accreditation of certification bodies and test laboratories (centers) performing assessment works (confirmation) of compliance concerning the defensive products (works, services) delivered according to the state defensive order and introduction of amendments to separate acts of the Government of the Russian Federation".

Regulations on procedure of monitoring of activities of accredited persons, accreditation experts and technical experts

1. This Provision determines procedure accreditation body of monitoring of activities of certification bodies of products, test laboratories (centers) and certification bodies of systems of quality management (further - accredited persons), the accreditation experts and technical experts involved by accreditation body to performance of works, accredited persons, necessary for assessment of conformity, to accreditation criterions (further - monitoring).

2. The concepts used in this Provision are applied in the values established by the Rules of accreditation of certification bodies and test laboratories (centers) performing assessment works (confirmation) of compliance concerning the defensive products (works, services) delivered according to the state defensive order, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 30, 2019 No. 546 "About accreditation of certification bodies and test laboratories (centers) performing assessment works (confirmation) of compliance concerning the defensive products (works, services) delivered according to the state defensive order and introduction of amendments to separate acts of the Government of the Russian Federation" (further - Rules of accreditation), and in the state standard specification ISO/IEC 17011-2018 interstate standard "Assessment of conformity. 3. Monitoring is performed in the following purposes:

a) enhancement of activities and increase in effectiveness of activities of accredited persons, accreditation experts, technical experts, and also enhancement of the rules, requirements and procedures of accreditation established by accreditation body which are necessary for implementation of Rules of accreditation;

b) assessment of continuous accomplishment by accredited persons of accreditation criterions in the established area of accreditation;

c) assessment of continuous accomplishment by experts in accreditation of the requirements established by Items 211 and 212 of Rules of accreditation;

d) assessment of continuous accomplishment by technical experts of the requirements to technical experts approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 23, 2021 No. 970 "About approval of requirements to technical experts, the list of areas of specialization of technical experts, requirements to the expert organizations for accreditation and the list of areas of certification of experts in accreditation".

4. The organization of implementation in accreditation body of monitoring according to this Provision is established by accreditation body.
