Notes:

1. If in context or in the note 4 to this group other is not stipulated, then this group joins only products crude or washed out (including using the chemicals deleting impurity without change of product structure), shattered, ground, powdered, sifted, enriched by flotation, magnetic separation or with use of other mechanical or physical processes (except for crystallization). The products subjected to roasting, calcination, received by mixing or processed by the methods which are not specified in each goods item do not join in this group.
Products of this group may contain additives of the pylepodavlyayushchy agent provided that it does not change properties of product, doing it suitable rather for specific, than for regular application.

2. Do not join in this group:

(a) sulfur sublimated, besieged or colloid (goods item 2802);

(b) dyes mineral, containing 70 Mas. % or more chemically the connected iron in terms of Fe2O3 (goods item 2821);

(c) medicines or other products of group 30;

(d) perfumery, cosmetic or toiletry preparations (group 33);

(e) dolomitic stuffing mix (goods item 3816);

(e) stone blocks, curbstones or plates for paving (goods item 6801); cubes for mosaic or similar products (goods item 6802); slate for roof, facings or waterproofings (goods item 6803);

(g) stones precious or semiprecious (goods item 7102 or 7103);

(h) the crystals of sodium chloride or magnesium oxide which are artificially grown up (except optical elements), with weight each at least 2,5 of (goods item 3824); optical elements from sodium chloride or magnesium oxide (goods item 9001);

(i) are small for billiards (goods item 9504); or

(j) are small for the letter or drawing, are small for tailors (goods item 9609).

3. Any products which can join both in goods item 2517, and in any other goods item of this group shall join in goods item of 2517.

4. Join in goods item of 2530, inter alia: the vermiculite, perlite and chlorites which are not made foam; the natural pigments calcinated or not calcinated, mixed or unmixed; natural mica iron oxide; sepiolite (in the form of the polished or unpolished pieces); amber; the sepiolite agglomerated and the amber agglomerated in plates, rods, sticks or in similar forms, the castings which are not processed later; gagate (black amber); the strontianite (calcinated or not calcinated), except strontium oxide; fight of ceramics, brick or concrete.

Notes:

However goods items 2601 - 2617 do not join minerals which underwent to the processing not inherent for metallurgical industry.

3. Join in goods item of 2620 only:

(a) the slag, ashes and remaining balance used in the industry or for extraction of metals or as basis for production of chemical compounds of metals, not including ashes and remaining balance from burning of waste of municipal economy (goods item 2621); and

Notes to subline items:

1. 2. In goods item of 2710 the term "the oil and oil products received from bituminous rocks" means not only the oil and oil products received from bituminous rocks, but also similar oil products received in any manner, including consisting mainly of the mixed unsaturated hydrocarbons provided that the mass of not aromatic components exceeds the mass of aromatic.

However liquid synthetic polyolefins, less than 60 do not join here about. which % is ferried up to the temperature of 300 °C by distillation method under the low pressure specified to pressure of 1013 Mbar (group 39).

3. In goods item of 2710 the term "waste oils" means the waste containing mainly the oils or oil products received from bituminous rocks (described in the note 2 to this group), mixed or not mixed with water. Here join:

(a) the oil products unsuitable for further use as primary products (for example, the fulfilled lubricating oils, the fulfilled hydraulic and transformer oils);

(b) the oil products in the form of slime from tanks storages of oil products containing mainly these oil products and additives of high concentration (for example, chemicals) used in production of primary products; and

(c) oil products in the form of the water emulsions or mixes with water which are formed, for example, as a result of leakage of oil products in the course of washing of tank storage of oil products, or the used lubricant cooling liquids applied when machining.

Notes to subline items:

1. In subline item 2701 11 term "anthracite" means coal with limiting exit of volatiles (in terms of dry ashless basis) no more than 14%.

2. In subline item 2701 12 term "coal bituminous" means coal with limiting exit of volatiles (in terms of dry ashless basis) more than 14% and with extreme heat of combustion (in terms of wet ashless basis) at least 5 833 kcal/kg.

3. In subline items of 2707 of 10, of 2707 of 20, 2707 30 and 2707 40th terms "benzene", "toluene", "xylol" and "naphthalene" mean products which contain more than 50 Mas. % of benzene, toluene, xylol or naphthalene, respectively.

4. In subline item 2710 12 term "light distillates and products" means oil products, 90 about. % or more which (including losses) it is ferried up to the temperature of 210 °C by the ISO 3405 method (to the equivalent ASTM D method 86).

5. In subline items of goods item of 2710 the term "biodiesel" means the monoalkyl esters of fatty acids used in fuel quality, received from fats and the oils of animal, plant or microbiological origin fulfilled or unfinished.

Additional notes:

1. In subsubline item 2707 99 800 0 term "phenols" means products which contain more than 50 Mas. % of phenols.

2. In goods item of 2710:

(a) the term "special gasolines" (subsubline items 2710 12 210 0 and 2710 12th 250) means the light distillates and products determined above in the note to subline items 4, without any anti-detonation additives and with difference of temperatures at which it is ferried 5 about. % and 90 about. % (including losses), not exceeding 60 °C;

(b) the term "white spirit" (the subsubline item 2710 12 210 0) means the special gasolines determined above in Item (a) with temperature of flash more than 21 °C by the EN ISO 13736 method;

(c) the term "average distillates" (subsubline items 2710 19 110 0 - 2710 19 290 0) less than 90 mean oil fractions and other oil products, at which about. the % (including losses) is ferried at temperature of 210 °C and 65 about. the % or more (including losses) is ferried at temperature of 250 °C by the ISO 3405 method (to the equivalent ASTM D method 86);

(d) the term "heavy distillates" (subsubline items 2710 19 310 0 - 2710 19 980 0 and 2710 20 110 0 - 2710 20 900 0) less than 65 mean oil fractions and other oil products, about. which % (including losses) is ferried at temperature of 250 °C by the ISO 3405 method (to the equivalent ASTM D method 86), or fractions which distillation percent at temperature of 250 °C cannot be determined by this method;

(e) the term "gasoils" (subsubline items 2710 19 310 0 - 2710 19 480 0 and 2710 20 110 0 - 2710 20 190 0) means the heavy distillates determined above in Item (g), 85 about. which % (including losses) or is more ferried at temperature of 350 °C by the ISO 3405 method (to the equivalent ASTM D method 86);

(e) the term "liquid fuels" (subsubline items 2710 19 510 - 2710 19 680 and 2710 20 310 - 2710 20th 390) means the heavy distillates determined above in Item (g) except the gasoils determined above in Item (d) which in case of the corresponding colors in solution K have viscosity In:

- no more, than it is shown in line I of the following table, in case of content of sulphatic ashes less than 1% by the ISO 3987 method and saponification index less than 4 by the ISO 6293-1 or 6293-2 method;

- more, than it is shown in line II, at temperature of loss of flowability at least 10 °C by the ISO 3016 method;

- more, than it is shown in line I, but no more, than shown in line II if 25 about. the % or is more ferried at temperature of 300 °C by the ISO 3405 method (to the equivalent ASTM D method 86) or if less than 25 about. the % is ferried at temperature of 300 °C and temperature of loss of flowability exceeds minus 10 °C by the ISO 3016 method. These parameters extend to fractions and products with colors in solution less than 2.

The term "viscosity In" means the kinematic viscosity at temperature of 50 °C measured in sq.m 0,000001 / with by the EN ISO 3104 method.

The term "color in solution K" means the color of product determined by the ISO 2049 method (to the equivalent ASTM D method 1500) after one part (on amount) product is mixed with 100 parts (on amount) xylol, toluene or other suitable solvent. Color should be determined immediately after formation of solution.

Podsubpozition 2710 19 510 - 2710 19 680 and 2710 20 310 - 2710 20 390 include only liquid fuels of natural color.

These subsubline items do not include the heavy distillates determined above in Item (g) for which it is impossible to determine:

- percentage (zero exit should be considered as zero percent) quantities of the driven-away product at temperature of 250 °C by the ISO 3405 method (to the equivalent ASTM D method 86);

- kinematic viscosity at temperature of 50 °C by the EN ISO 3104 method; or

- color To by the ISO 2049 method (to the equivalent ASTM D method 1500).

Such products join in subsubline items 2710 19 710 0 - 2710 19 980 0 or 2710 20 900 0.
