1. Bring the following changes and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 24, 2008 No. 387 "About some questions of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan": (the subitem 1 of Item 1 becomes effective since January 1, 2022)

"159-1) development of procedure for use of special mobile application;";

269) to state the subitem in the following edition:

"269) development of form of tax accounting policy for the individual entrepreneurs applying special tax regimes to subjects of small business on the basis of the patent, the simplified declaration or with use of special mobile application;";

add with subitem 274-1) of the following content:

"274-1) development of order of interaction of authorized banks of the second level, the organizations performing separate types of banking activities, operators of electronic platforms with tax authorities for the purposes of transfer of data on transactions in special mobile application;";

2) in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 30, 2015 No. 1128 "About approval of Rules of calculation of annual average number of workers and the annual average income of subjects of entrepreneurship":

in Rules of calculation of annual average number of workers and the annual average income of the subjects of entrepreneurship approved by the specified resolution:

state Item 1 in the following edition:

"1. These rules of calculation of annual average number of workers and the annual average income of subjects of entrepreneurship (further – Rules) are developed according to the subitem 2) of Item 1 of article 84 of the Entrepreneurial code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further – the Code) and determine procedure of payments of annual average number of workers and the annual average income of subjects of entrepreneurship.";

state Item 8 in the following edition:

"8. The annual average income of subjects of entrepreneurship joins all income types of subjects of entrepreneurship, stipulated in Article 226 Codes of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the taxes and other obligatory payments in the budget" (Tax code), and also the income of subjects of entrepreneurship applying special tax regimes to subjects of small business on the basis of the patent, the simplified declaration or with use of special mobile application.".

2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication, except for the subitem 1) and paragraphs of the fifth and sixth subitem 2) of Item 1 of this resolution which become effective since January 1, 2022.
