About types of goods which can be declared to release before submission of the declaration on goods

According to the subitem 3 of Item 1 of Article 120 of the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union and Item 129.23 of appendix No. 1 to the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of December 23, 2014 No. 98, Council of the Eurasian economic commission solved:

1. Determine that for the purpose of realization of pilot project (experiment) conducted in state members of the Eurasian Economic Union according to the order of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of April 5, 2021 No. 7, before submission of the declaration on goods according to customs procedure of release for internal consumption the foreign goods imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union by the legal entities determined as operators of electronic trading according to the subitem "b" of Item 1 of the specified order, placed under customs procedure of customs warehouse and realized by online stores (Internet platforms) of the third countries to physical persons with use of the Internet can be declared to release.

2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
