2. To provide to committee of industrial safety of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on official Internet resource of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Legal department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective after sixty calendar days after day of its first official publication.

This Instruction for carrying out inspection of technical condition of elevators, and also elevators with limited opportunities (persons with disability) with the expired service life for the purpose of determination of possibility of their further operation (further - the Instruction) is developed for persons according to the subitem 124) of Item 16 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 23, 2020 No. 701 and disaggregates procedure for the organization to frequency and methods of inspection of technical condition of elevators, and also elevators for persons with limited opportunities (persons with disability) with the expired service life for the purpose of determination of possibility of their further operation (further - the elevator).
2. On reaching service life of the elevator established by design and operational documentation further operation of the elevator without evaluating compliance for the purpose of determination of opportunity and conditions of prolongation of term of use of the elevator to destination, accomplishment of upgrade or replacement taking into account assessment of conformity, is not allowed.
