About some questions of the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The national center of quality of road assets" of Committee of highways of the Ministry of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan

According to the subitem 4) of article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About state-owned property" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Rename the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The national center of quality of road assets" of Committee of highways of the Ministry of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan into the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The national center of quality of road assets" of the Ministry of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further – the company).

2. Determine the Ministry of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan by authorized body in management of the corresponding industry (sphere) of public administration concerning the company.

3. Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 04.10.2023 No. 862

4. To provide to the ministry of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) submission on approval to Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the charter of the company;

2) the state re-registration of the company in The Government for Citizens state corporation;

3) acceptance of other measures following from this resolution.

5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
