4. The interdepartmental commission on implementation of system of excise stamps to enter regular updating of excise stamps into practice, implementing new methods of their protection, including using holographic methods.

5. Grant the right to the State Tax Committee and the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan in case of failure to pay by the companies making alcoholic and tobacco products, the excise tax and other taxes over 3 months from the payment due date established by the legislation, to make offers on suspension of action of licenses for production of alcoholic products or their cancellation in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

6. To the Ministry of Finance, the State Tax Committee, the State Customs Committee together with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan in two weeks to make offers on introduction of the amendments and changes in the Code about the administrative responsibility and the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan providing strengthening of administrative and criminal liability of citizens and officials for illegal import, production and turnover of ethyl alcohol, alcoholic and tobacco products.

7. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Hamidov B. S.
