In case of construction value adjustment without change of project decisions the complex non-departmental examination according to budget investment projects which is carried out according to Rules of conducting complex non-departmental examination of the feasibility statements and the design estimates intended for construction new and also changes (reconstruction, expansions, modernization, upgrade and capital repairs) the existing buildings and constructions, their complexes, engineering and transport communications irrespective of the sources of financing approved by the order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 1, 2015 No. 299, No. registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts 10722, is carried out based on the act of authorized body on internal state audit.

If during conducting complex non-departmental examination it is determined that increase in earlier approved construction cost constitutes less than ten percent, then the state expert organization or the accredited expert organization issues the negative conclusion.".

2. To provide to committee on cases of construction and housing and communal services of the Ministry of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
