Provide, since January 1, 2005, for a period of two years to the companies with foreign investments additional discount in the amount of 5 percent for the cotton fiber which is purchased for freely-convertible currency on condition of complete conversion of all amount of cotton fiber by them to final goods (sewing, knitted, hosiery) and their export in amount, at least 80 percent from production volume.
To the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with Uzbekengilsanoat association Uzpakhtasanoat, SAC and other interested ministries and departments in two-month time to develop and approve procedure for provision of additional discount for cotton fiber to the companies with foreign investments.
12. SAC Uzbekengilsanoat till July 1, 2004 to organize the Center for advanced training and retraining of personnel (managers and technologists) for the companies of light industry.
13. Recognize invalid the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of October 29, 2003 as No. 636-f.
