About the Unified State Register of Legal Entities

a) full name of the legal entity;

b) identification number taxpayer/reason code of registration (TIN/TRRC);

c) state registration number of record and date of its entering into the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;

d) the name and the address of the body which performed state registration of the legal entity;

e) address (location) of the legal entity.

3. In a month to provide to the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Russian Federation in coordination with the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation in accordance with the established procedure the project of the provision determining procedure for money transfer, the data received in the form of payment for provision containing in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities according to the purposes established by the Federal Law "About State Registration of Legal Entities".
