According to parts one, third, fifth and seventh Article 11, Article parts two 21, to article 34 of the Air code of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine "About the Nation-wide program of adaptation of the legislation of Ukraine to the European Union law", to items 4 and 8 Regulations on the Public air service of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of October 8, 2014 No. 520, for the purpose of implementation of Regulations of the Commission (EU) of March 1, 2017 No. 2017/373, of provisions of Regulations of the European Parliament and Council (EU) of April 3, 2014 No. 376/2014 and the Regulations of the European Commission (EU) of July 29, 2015 No. 2015/2018 of PRIKAZYVAYU:

1. Approve Aviation rules of Ukraine "Requirements to providers of aeronautical servicing, provider of services of design of procedures of flights, to providers of aeronautical data and systems of certification and supervision of them" which are applied.

2. Approve Changes in the Aviation rules of Ukraine "Procedure for the notice on events in the field of civil aviation, consideration of the acquired information, its analysis and acceptance of adequate measures" approved by the order of the Public air service of Ukraine of December 27, 2019 No. 1817, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 17, 2020 for No. 352/34635, which are applied.

3. (Simak V. N.) in the procedure established by the legislation to provide to management of air navigation:

1) submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

2) promulgation of this order on the official website.

4. The certificates of providers of aeronautical servicing issued according to Rules of certification of the subjects rendering services in aeronautical servicing, approved by the order of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Ukraine of January 22, 2007 No. 42, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 7, 2007 for No. 104/13371 (with changes), remain in force during the effective period established in them.

5. Recognize invalid orders of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Ukraine of January 22, 2007 as No. 42 "About approval of Rules of certification of the subjects rendering services in aeronautical servicing", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 07, 2007 for No. 104/13371 (with changes) and of May 31, 2010 No. 320 "About approval of the Regulations on supervision of aviation safety in system of air traffic management and changes in some regulatory legal acts", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 30, 2010 for No. 446/17741.

6. This order becomes effective in six months from the date of the termination or cancellation of warlike situation in Ukraine, except appendix 13 to Aviation rules which becomes effective in one year from the date of the termination or cancellation of warlike situation in Ukraine.
