About the List and amount of the goods imported for construction of the Ismoili Somoni hotel located on Prospekt Rudaki of the city of Dushanbe and exempted from the tax discharge on value added and customs duty

According to article 15 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About the Government budget of the Republic of Tajikistan for 2021" the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. Approve the List and amount of the goods imported for construction of the Ismoili Somoni hotel located on Prospekt Rudaki of the city of Dushanbe the customer - Dollmark Ltd joint-stock company and the prime contractor - "By Beijing Foch Mehanical Equipment Installation Engineering Co., Ltd" and exempted from the tax discharge on value added and customs duty (is applied).

2. Under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan to provide to Customs Service customs clearance of the goods imported according to this list and till February 1, 2022 to submit the report in the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan.
