About application of anti-dumping measure by means of introduction of anti-dumping duty concerning the aluminum ware coming from People's Republic of China and imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union

According to Item 107 of the Protocol on application of special protective, anti-dumping and countervailing measures in relation to the third countries (appendix №8 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014) and based on the report of Department of protection of the domestic market of the Euroasian economic commission the Board of the Eurasian economic commission decided:

1. Apply anti-dumping measure by means of introduction of anti-dumping duty in the amount of percent 21,89 from customs value to the stamped and cast aluminum ware imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union to domestic and other needs, with covering and without it, intended for preparation or heating of the food by thermal method coming from People's Republic of China and classified by codes 7615 10 100 0, 7615 10 800 9, 7616 99 100 8 and 7616 99 900 8 CN FEA EEU, having established effective period of this anti-dumping measure of 5 years.

2. To provide to the state bodies of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union authorized in the field of customs affairs collection of the anti-dumping duty provided by this Decision, being guided both by code of the CN FEA EEU, and description of goods.

3. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
