About modification of the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of August 18, 2015 No. 100

According to the paragraph the 4 article 3 of the Agreement on introduction of single forms of the passport of the vehicle (the passport of the vehicle chassis) and the passport of the self-propelled machine and other types of the equipment and the organization of systems of electronic passports of August 15, 2014 the Board of the Eurasian economic commission decided:

1. Bring in the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of August 18, 2015 No. 100 "About the passport of the self-propelled machine and other types of the equipment" changes according to appendix.

2. Determine that:

a) the forms of passports of self-propelled machines and other types of the equipment made to the introduction of this Decision in force are used along with the forms made taking into account changes, stipulated in Item 2 appendices to this Decision;

b) the passports of self-propelled machines and other types of the equipment which are drawn up to the introduction of this Decision in force are effective without restrictions along with the passports which are drawn up on the forms made taking into account changes, stipulated in Item 2 appendices to this Decision.

3. This Decision shall enter into force upon the expiry of 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.

Appendix

to the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of August 17, 2021 No. 106

The changes made to the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of August 18, 2015 No. 100

1. The ninth the subitem "an" of Item 2 to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"the typographical number consisting of 2-unit alphabetic country code (according to the reference book of ISO 3166-1 (alpha-2)), form series (2 capital letters) and sequence number of the form (6 Arab figures);".

2. In single form of the passport of the self-propelled machine and other types of the equipment approved by the specified Decision:

b) in the field 9 the word is "registered" to be replaced with the word "is registered".

3. According to the procedure of filling of single form of the passport of the self-propelled machine and other types of the equipment, approved by the specified Decision:

a) to add Item 3 paragraph two after the word "passports" with words "(in the original of the passport numbering of fields is absent)";

b) state item 4 in the following edition:

"4. Fields 1 - the 25th passports shall be completed. Other fields of the passport are filled as required according to this Procedure.";

c) in Item 5:

to add subitem 1 after the word "carried out" with words by "typographical method in case of production of the form";

add subitem 7 with the paragraph of the following content:

"Concerning the machines released till January 1, 2016 the record "it is not determined" is given in the field 7;";

in subitem 8:

to replace paragraphs of the first and second with paragraphs of the following content:

"8) in the field 8 - registration number and registration date of the certificate of conformity or the declaration of conformity to requirements of the technical regulation of the Customs union "About safety of machines and the equipment" (TR CU 010/2011), or the technical regulation of the Customs union "About safety of agricultural and forestry and landscape tractors and trail cars to them" (TR CU 031/2012), or approvals like the vehicle, or the safety construction certificate of the vehicle certifying vehicle compliance to requirements of the technical regulation of the Customs union "About safety of wheel vehicles" (TR CU 018/2011), or the existing documents on assessment of conformity to the mandatory requirements established by acts of the bodies of the Union or the legislation of state member issued or accepted concerning products which are object of technical regulation of one of the specified technical regulations of the Union about day of entry into force of the corresponding technical regulation of the Union (date is specified by verbal and digital method: number - two Arab figures (in quotes), month - the word, one or four years in the Arab figures (with indication of the reduced designation of year "")).

In the cases specified in paragraphs second and third this subitem in the field 26 of the passport data on documents, confirmatory are entered that the car was earlier registered in the territory of the state member or the state which is not the member of the Union or is imported on the state member territory by physical person for private use.";
