2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.

1. This document determines features of filling of the declaration on goods for express loads (further - DTEG) by the form approved by the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of August 28, 2018 No. 142, concerning goods which declaring is performed within carrying out in state members of the Eurasian Economic Union (further - state members) pilot project (experiment) in the field of foreign electronic trading by goods according to the order of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of April 5, 2021 No. 7 and which are placed under customs procedure of release for internal consumption based on the statement for release of goods before submission of the declaration on goods in the form approved by the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of December 13, 2017 No. 171 (further respectively - goods of electronic trading, the statement).

2. This document is applied by the legal entities determined according to the subitem "b" of Item 1 of the order of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of April 5, 2021 No. 7 and participating in pilot project (experiment) in the field of foreign electronic trading by goods as operators of electronic trading when filling DTEG to goods of electronic trading.

3. DTEG concerning goods of electronic trading is filled with the operator of electronic trading according to the Procedure for filling of the declaration on goods for express loads approved by the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of August 28, 2018 No. 142 (further - the Procedure), taking into account the features provided by the this document.

4. DTEG concerning goods of electronic trading moves the operator of electronic trading in the form of the electronic document.

5. In case of declaration of goods of electronic trading of provision of Items 2 and 3 of the Procedure are not applied.

6. In one DTEG specifying of data on goods of electronic trading which release is made no more than according to 500 statements is allowed.

7. The column "The Sender (on General Delivery Note)" is not filled in.
