1. Determine features of filling of the declaration on goods for express loads concerning goods which declaring is performed within carrying out in state members of the Eurasian Economic Union of pilot project (experiment) in the field of foreign electronic trading by goods according to appendix.

2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.

Features of filling of the declaration on goods for express loads concerning goods which declaring is performed within carrying out in state members of the Eurasian Economic Union of pilot project (experiment) in the field of foreign electronic trading by goods

1. This document determines features of filling of the declaration on goods for express loads (further - DTEG) by the form approved by the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of August 28, 2018 No. 142, concerning goods which declaring is performed within carrying out in state members of the Eurasian Economic Union (further - state members) pilot project (experiment) in the field of foreign electronic trading by goods according to the order of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of April 5, 2021 No. 7 (further - goods of electronic trading).

2. This document is applied by the legal entities determined according to the subitem "b" of Item 1 of the order of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of April 5, 2021 No. 7 and participating in pilot project (experiment) in the field of foreign electronic trading by goods as operators of electronic trading when filling DTEG for the purpose of customs declaration of goods of electronic trading imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union to physical persons, being receivers of these goods delivered as express load or sent to such persons in the international mailings.

3. DTEG concerning goods of electronic trading is filled with the operator of electronic trading according to the Procedure for filling of the declaration on goods for express loads approved by the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of August 28, 2018 No. 142 (further - the Procedure), taking into account the features provided by the this document.

4. In case of declaration of goods of electronic trading of provision of Items 2 and 3 of the Procedure are not applied.

5. In one DTEG data on the goods of electronic trading delivered by carrier as express load or the appointed operator of mail service in case of transfer in the international mailings and moved from one sender to one receiver on one or several general delivery notes are specified. At the same time specifying of data on the goods of electronic trading moved no more than on 500 individual delivery notes or 500 documents accompanying the international mailings in case of their transportation, determined by acts of Universal Postal Union is allowed (further - documents VPS).

6. In the column "The Receiver (on General Delivery Note)" the information about the operator of electronic trading is specified (according to Procedure Item 16).

7. In the column "DTEG" when filling DTEG in the form of the electronic document in the corresponding details of structure of DTEG abbreviations of "ED" (DTEG in the form of the electronic document) and "ET" (DTEG concerning goods of electronic trading) are specified, when filling DTEG in document type on paper - only abbreviation of "ET".

8.
