According to part 1 of article 17 of the Federal law "About Modification of Separate Legal Acts of the Russian Federation concerning the Prevention and Liquidation of Emergency Situations" Government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Determine that except as specified, the stipulated in Item 2 presents of the resolution, concerning legal entities, individual entrepreneurs carried according to article 4 of the Federal law "About Development of Small and Medium Entrepreneurship in the Russian Federation" to small business entities, data on which are included in the unified register of subjects of small and medium entrepreneurship:
a) planned control (supervising) actions, scheduled inspections when implementing types of the state control (supervision), procedure for the organization and which implementation it is regulated by the Federal Law "About the State Control (Supervision) and Municipal Control in the Russian Federation" and the Federal Law "About Protection of the Rights of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs when Implementing the State Control (Supervision) and Municipal Control" in 2022 are not held;
