About measures for implementation of the special mode of use of technologies of artificial intelligence
According to the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of February 17, 2021 No. PP-4996 "About measures for creation of conditions for the accelerated implementation of technologies of artificial intelligence", and also for the purpose of creation of favorable and optimum ecosystem for development of innovative business models, products and methods of rendering services on the basis of technologies of artificial intelligence, their implementation and practical application in the established priority industries and spheres:
1. Approve the offer of the Ministry of Economic Development and reducing poverty, the Ministry of development of information technologies and communications, the Ministries of innovative development about implementation of the Special mode of use of technologies of artificial intelligence (further - the special mode) within the experimental and innovative researches.
2. Determine that:
a) the special mode is understood as creation of necessary organization-legal conditions for the legal entities and the scientific organizations performing in its framework the activities connected with carrying out the experimental and pilot works based on technologies of artificial intelligence, development of software products and rendering services (further - pilot projects), provision of privileges in the legal relationship arising in the course of approbation and implementation in practice of software products;
b) the special mode is separate link of the Technological park of software products and information technologies (further - the IT park) which participants are residents of the IT park and perform the activities for exterritoriality;
pilot projects are implemented within Pilot projects on implementation of the technologies of artificial intelligence realized in 2021-2022, approved by the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of February 17, 2021 No. PP-4996, and also priority industries and spheres;
