1. 5. Assessment of financial stability of activities of the builder for standard rates of security of obligations and target use of means is performed quarterly.

6. The builder bears the responsibility provided by the Federal Law "About Participation in Shared-equity Construction of Apartment Houses and Other Real Estate Objects and about Modification of Some Legal Acts of the Russian Federation" for non-compliance with the established standard rates of assessment of financial stability of its activities.
