According to Items 2 and 3 of Article 40 of the Administrative procedural Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Approve enclosed:
1) Instruction for development and approval of regulations on state body;
2) Standard regulations on state body;
3) Governed on development and approval of regulations on structural division of state body.
2. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix to this resolution.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing and is subject to official publication.

1. This Instruction for development and approval of regulations on state body (further – the Instruction) is developed according to Item 2 of Article 40 of the Administrative procedural Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further – the Code) and disaggregates application of the legislation in the field of implementation of internal ministerial procedures of state bodies in case of development and approval of regulations on state body.
2. Action of this Instruction extends to all state bodies.
