About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning objects of the increased danger

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Code of civil protection of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2013, Art. No. 34-35, 458):

1) in Article 2:

in part one:

exclude Item 29;

in Item 43 of the word "potentially dangerous objects, and also at subjects of managing" to replace with the word "objects";

add with part two of the following content:

"2. The term "object of the increased danger" is used in the value given in the Law of Ukraine "About objects of the increased danger";

Item 53 parts two of Article 17 to exclude 2);

3) in Article 18 part one:

in Item 6 of the word "potentially dangerous objects, objects of the increased danger and other subjects of managing belonging to the sphere of their management which can create threat of emergence of accident" shall be replaced with words "the objects relating to the sphere of their management";

exclude Item 20;

4) in Item 3 parts one of Article 19 of the word "potentially dangerous subjects and other subjects of managing which can create real threat of emergence of accident, belonging to the sphere of their management" shall be replaced with words "the objects relating to the sphere of their management";

5) in Article 20 part one:

exclude Item 9;

in Item 10 of the word of "effects of accidents" shall be replaced with words "accidents and their effects";

in Item 14 of the word of "effects of accidents" shall be replaced with words "accidents and their effects", and to exclude the words "and potentially dangerous objects";

Item 11 parts twelve of Article 23 to state 6) in the following edition:

"11) participation in development and approval of plans of localization and accident elimination and their effects on the objects of the increased danger serviced by them";
