Based on paragraph two of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 13, 2023 No. 171 "About taking measures in the field of pricing", the paragraph of third of Article 7 and the paragraph of the fifth No. 255-Z "About pricing" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: parts one of article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of May 10, 1999
1. Determine the list of products made in the Republic of Belarus delivered within implementation of state programs, the prices for which are regulated by Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus, according to appendix.
2. Establish the limiting standard rate of profitability used for determination of the amount of the profit which is subject to inclusion in selling prices of producers on products specified in appendix in the amount of 15 percent.
3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
