Chapter 1. General provisions

1.1. Opening to legal entities, foreign structures without formation of legal entity, to the physical persons, individual entrepreneurs, physical persons who are engaged in the procedure established by the legislation of the Russian Federation in private practice (further in case of joint mentioning - clients), bank accounts, accounts on deposits (deposits) in currency of the Russian Federation, foreign currency and precious metals (further in case of joint mentioning - accounts) shall be made by credit institutions, the Bank of Russia (further in case of joint mentioning - banks) on condition of availability at clients of legal capacity (capacity).
