Based on part two of Item 5 of article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 22, 2003 No. 226-Z "About currency control and currency exchange control" Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and National Bank of the Republic of Belarus POSTANOVLYAYUT:

1. Determine that till January 1, 2025 use of foreign currency by legal entities - residents, individual entrepreneurs - residents is allowed when carrying out settlings with legal entities - residents, individual entrepreneurs - the residents performing transport and (or) forwarding activities for transportation and (or) freight forwarding out of limits and because of limits of the Republic of Belarus, outside the Republic of Belarus, in case of transit through the territory of the Republic of Belarus.

2. This resolution becomes effective since July 9, 2021.
