1. Recognize invalid:

the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 1, 2008 No. 132 "About modification of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 16, 2003 No. 225" (The Russian Federation Code, 2008, No. 10, the Art. 930);

the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 19, 2008 No. 373 "About modification of Rules of maintaining and storage of service records, production of forms of the service record and providing employers with them" (The Russian Federation Code, 2008, No. 21, the Art. 2456);

Item of 25 changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning activities of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 25, 2013 No. 257 "About change and recognition voided some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning activities of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2013, No. 13, the Art. 1559).

2. Determine the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation the federal executive body authorized on establishment of procedure for production of forms of service records and providing employers with them.

3. Determine that:

service records of new sample become effective since January 1, 2023;

the service records of earlier established sample which are available for workers are valid also to exchange for new are not subject;

the forms of service records and forms of inserts which are available for employers in them old sample are valid and can be used without restriction of term.

4. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2021, except for Item 2, which becomes effective from the date of official publication of this resolution.
