About approval of Regulations about implementation of transactions with cash liquidity in banks of the Republic of Moldova
Based on articles 11 and 26 of the Law on National Bank of Moldova No. 548-XIII of July 21, 1995. The administrative board of National Bank of Moldova DECIDES:
1. Approve Regulations about implementation of transactions with cash liquidity in banks of the Republic of Moldova.
2. Consider invalid the resolution of Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova No. 47 of February 25, 2000 about approval of Regulations about cash transactions in banks of the Republic of Moldova with subsequent changes and amendments (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova No. 21-23/90 of February 29, 2000).
3. To provide to banks till January 1, 2007 work on reduction of internal software in compliance with requirements of these regulations.
4. This resolution is published in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova and becomes effective since January 1, 2007.
