About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning development of institute of heads

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Electoral code of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2020, Art. No. No. 7-9, 48):

Items 6, 7 and 10 parts three of Article 89 to state 1) in the following edition:

"6) registration by his presidential candidate of Ukraine, and also the candidate of the Verkhovna Rada of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the candidate of local council or the candidate for position of the rural, settlement, city chairman if such elections are held along with the election of the president of Ukraine;

7) registration by his representative of the presidential candidate of Ukraine in Central Election Commission, the authorized representative of the presidential candidate of Ukraine, and also the authorized representative of the candidate of local council or the candidate for position of the rural, settlement, city chairman, the representative, the authorized person of the local organization of batch, the authorized person of the subject of process of referendum, the representative of initiative group in Central Election Commission, the official observer if process of such elections or referendum is carried out along with the election of the president of Ukraine";

"10) its entry into other electoral commission of any level, performs preparation and elections of the President of Ukraine, and also elections of deputies of the Verkhovna Rada of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, deputies of local councils and rural, settlement, city chairmen if such elections are held along with the election of the president of Ukraine";

Item 5 parts three of Article 146 to state 2) in the following edition:

"5) registration by his candidate or the candidate of the Verkhovna Rada of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the candidate of local council or the candidate for position of the rural, settlement, city chairman if the electoral process of such elections is carried out along with process of elections of deputies";
